Extract the files
open with *.swf files with internet explorer to
view
open “Data.xml” in notepad and edit data
*.swf file is the source file & data.xml
file contains the data.
Some of the swf files might not work – refer to
the xml files.

HTML COMMENTS SHEET

Whenever we process a request – there are some comments we
need to provide with our name and date to close the request. Using JavaScript
this html file will get your comments on a click of button.

Open the HTML sheet and enter your name when
prompted.
On a click of a button it will copy data to
clipboard with current date and your name
Open the HTML in notepad or any other HTML
editor and Do Ctrl+F to find & replace the existing data with your new data
To increase more buttons – just understand
comments open and close tags – copy / paste/make minor changes

RANDOMIZER (MS EXCEL)

From a bulk of requests, we have different associate who has
processed the request. We want every associate case should be audited.
Randomizer will give you required number of case ids randomly from the total
number of case id, processed by each associate with NO DUPLICATES

Procedure –

Open the excel sheet
Go to “Input” Sheet and paste your requests &
sort on employee name (first column)
Go to control panel & Click on start.
It will give the random cases in “Output” sheet

Instructions

If you want to choose the cases from bulk – fill
a common name as “Employee name” in the
“input sheet”
First column in “Input sheet” should be employee
name , rest of the columns can contain anything.

PROCESS WORKFLOW WIZARD

Automation to create a custom workflow for your process, in
order to reduce errors and improve quality.

Procedure – (first time use only)

Open the excel file
Click on show all sheets
Fill your process flow
1. If the user has selected “Yes” what would be the
  next step?, if the user as selected “No” what would be the next step. Use “END”
  to terminate the process.
2. Add new files as per process name as shown with
  steps.
3. Save and close the excel sheet & reopen
4. Double click on ur process

Instructions

*If you get error with workflow – it means there
is some mistake in defining the steps in workflow.

*One example is done for your reference – right
click and add new sheet for new process( Save , close and reopen once the new
process flow is added in excel sheet)

*We can exit the workflow on step one – but if we
move to next process we can not exit. We can move only one step backward.
